The design for the small country neighbourhood just outside the city of Piacenza draws on the recent works and developments in social housing with several flexible layouts and integrated facilities, private car parking.

Within the limited site, the dwellings express both individuality and a smart form of collectiveness.

Each 3-floor residential unit embodies a clear identity as independent small house connecting the private dimension of a country 'villa' to the collective and social dimension of the whole residential block.

Green and public spaces around the 'small villas', and open areas in between, operate as informal connections that offer children an adventurous space for play.
